Terms of service

Clear account
and update rules.

Last updated October 23, 2026. These terms describe use of the Server Rock website, account, and support features. The separate software license applies to the desktop application.

Accounts and access

Use an account you control and keep your sign-in credentials and AuthKey private. Server Rock may use account and entitlement records to verify access, protect downloads, and respond to support requests. A website account by itself is an unpaid account and does not grant paid downloads or paid update access.

Developer access is owner-approved, requires Google sign-in, and includes rolling updates without a purchase while the Developer account remains approved and signed in. Demo access, where offered for testing, is not a production entitlement and does not grant paid updates.

Purchases and update eligibility

The store is currently unavailable and this website does not accept orders or payments. No checkout, payment, subscription, or purchase is represented as complete by signing in or viewing this page.

When sales are enabled, a one-time purchase will keep the installed application usable and include 30 days of updates. A paid monthly subscription will keep update eligibility current while it remains paid. When update eligibility ends, the installed version remains usable but receives no further updates. A public download is offered only when the account is verified, has the required entitlement, and a signed release is actually published.

Prices, payment provider, taxes, refunds, and any transaction-specific terms must be shown before a future purchase can be completed.

Using the service

Use the website, account, and support tools lawfully. Do not attempt to bypass account checks, redistribute gated installers, interfere with the account service, or submit another person's personal information or secrets without permission. Server Rock may suspend access where needed to protect the service or respond to abuse, while preserving applicable entitlement and consumer rights.

Support conversations are private to the account and authorized support staff. Do not send passwords, AuthKeys, private server addresses, or payment details in a support message.

Software and third-party services

Current commercial Server Rock software is proprietary and governed by the Server Rock software license and any purchase-specific terms shown at checkout. Earlier Linux Server Controller source copies distributed under the MIT License remain governed by the license terms that accompanied those copies.

Google, Cloudflare, payment providers (if later configured), game services, and other integrations are separate services governed by their own terms. Server Rock does not promise uninterrupted access to third-party services or compatibility beyond the capabilities described for a published release.

Changes and contact

These terms may be revised when the service or its commercial rules change. The site will display the current revision date. Material purchase terms will be presented before a transaction. For questions, use the support contact shown on the Google sign-in screen or the signed-in support inbox.
